Zachary Rhodes, SRA

Zack, is a professional real estate appraiser and real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience. Since 2005, Zack has led the development of two businesses within the industry. As President of Authority Appraisals, he oversees operations for a company providing premium residential and commercial real estate services. Zack also serves as the Owner & Managing Broker for Rhodes & Associates Realty since 2007, a company for which he manages a team of agents and offers real estate guidance and expertise to clients.

Passionate about appraisal education in the industry Zack developed AuthorityU which offers a customized training program for aspiring appraisers, continuing education for real estate agents, and unique appraisal presentations for the lending industry.
