This form provides the lender with a minimium of three comparables of tenant occupied residences in the subject's marketing area and a location map to show the proximity of these homes to the subject. The purpose of this form is to estimate the subjects market rent based on the comparable properties used in the report.
This form is an optional schedule (depending upon lender guidelines) and is typically used in conjunction with the URAR if the subject property is non owner-occupied.
