FNMA 2065 | Exterior Only Appraisal

This report is similar to the 2055 Form except that no dollar adjustments to the comparables are made. Instead, the grid column contains 'plus' and 'minus' signs. The cost is equivalent to that of the 2055 Form and can be requested as a 2065-interior or a 2065-exterior appraisal.

This form is commonly used in place of the 2055 form. A minimum of three comparables are used and an opinion of value is made.
