FNMA 1025 | Small Residential Income Property Appraisal Report

Also called the Multi-Family Form, this report is used for two- to four-family residences. This form provides the client with a minimium of three rental comparables and three sales comparables. The form 216 can be requested as an additional schedule to this report type at a slightly increased cost.
